The HR staff were fairly polite.
1. The interviewing manager had not read your résumé or looked at your portfolio, and had no understanding whatsoever of your professional abilities.
2. The questions created by the interviewing manager had no ability to distinguish candidates.
3. The entire interview was spent complaining that they had outsourced the company's programming to a well-known internet celebrity, but the code was written terribly.
4. They tried to find someone with a broad range of skills, but offered very low pay. Later, they changed the job posting on 104 to multiple separate positions.
5. During recruitment, they did not explain that it was joint recruitment for the entire group. Therefore, after you join, they may arbitrarily transfer you to different units under the same group—in other words, wherever there is a hole, you will be sent to fill it.
