The boss is disrespectful, has a bad temper, and often makes unreasonable demands.

You are expected to reply to messages after work, on holidays, and during leave, which is very stressful—essentially working overtime without overtime pay.

There are no holiday bonuses or any other bonuses. The boss is very stingy.

The turnover rate is quite high. I highly recommend against working at this company.
