Getting along with colleagues

I don't know whether anyone is aware of this café located next to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.

Because the company:

1. Underreports the insured salary for full-time employees for Labor Insurance purposes.

2. Does not provide the 6% employer contribution to the labor pension.

3. Frequently pays salaries late.

4. Owes too much money to Taiwanese raw-material suppliers.

Based on the above issues and the company's instability,

I resigned on November 21. I submitted my resignation form on November 17 and completed the resignation process. I was a part-time hourly worker.

Under normal circumstances, I should have received my November wages on December 10. However, because of the holiday, payment was delayed until December 11. But it is already December 13, and I have not received any wages. When I called, I was told that because the company was unhappy that some employees had resigned, it would not pay the wages. I come from a single-parent family and was raised by a grandparent. I am the only grandchild supporting my elderly grandmother, and the household income depends solely on me. The company's behavior has left me unsure of what to do next. I am worried that my grandmother will go hungry, and I sometimes do not even have enough to eat myself.
