The job responsibilities were described by the interviewer in extremely vague terms. Although the position was nominally for a content editor, it involved handling everything related to social media marketing.
There was also no bonus system, and when asked about the marketing budget, they did not provide a specific answer.
The interviewer did not seem to have many ideas, nor a blueprint or plan. It felt as though the group interview was simply being used to collect opinions.
The interviewer then claimed that their advertising CPC was 0-point-something dollars, which was probably back when Facebook had just launched, and used it as something to boast about.
Basically, job seekers should just listen to it for what it is. Overall, the interview felt more like an interrogation, followed by randomly casting a wide net to find interviewees.
