It feels like a company that takes care of its people.

The interviewer was rude as usual (probably from mainland China).

One person mainly asked the questions while the other scrolled on their phone,

and they even stepped out two or three times during the interview. In the end, they said they didn't really have anything to ask.

The related project seems to have been stalled for a year and a half, and the position I applied for had been posted online for quite a long time.

The interviewer said the project needed someone to decide on its highlights,

and also said that if there were highlights, it could even be redone. However, I wasn't applying for a producer position... What exactly?

The entire interview lasted about 30 minutes.

It gave me the impression that the project wasn't actually in a hurry to find someone for the position.

I genuinely think that if you're not in a hurry to hire, you're just wasting everyone's time.
