The interview process was very frustrating, and it feels like the salary probably isn't that high despite the many requirements!
After submitting my résumé: I first received an English phone interview from the department manager. Then they said there would be a test, but after I finished it, they said it wasn't the official one yet... I was speechless. They wanted me to take half a day off to go to their company to complete an online test. Come on... In this day and age, do you still have to go to the company to take an online test on an old computer? IBM simply sends you a link so you can take the test at home. After I finished the test, they said they would arrange a formal interview, and I also had to prepare a PPT presentation proposal... When will this ever end.............
