Colleagues from other departments are very nice.
The supervisor of the Quality Control section displays poor emotional control. For example, they asked for a form to be completed one way yesterday, then said the day after tomorrow that it was wrong. If you do not follow their preferred method, you may also become the target of their anger. They show very little respect for subordinates. They reassign work without explaining the reason—if they say it should be changed, it is changed. They also threaten contract employees by saying that they are responsible for evaluating their performance: “If I want you to pass, you pass.”
