忠泰建設股份有限公司
Pros
Solid accumulation of practical experience
Cons
You need to be able to hold your liquor well to have room for advancement in the company.
Management can be somewhat emotionally driven and follows a traditional master-apprentice relationship, so you often need to please your direct supervisor.
