Pros
Even if salary payments are delayed, the salary will still be paid; there are no issues with unpaid wages~!! The boss is eloquent and persuasive~!!
Cons
No matter how much work you do, whether it is good or bad, the boss only pays the minimum wage. Handling work matters after working hours is considered expected, and no overtime pay is provided~!!
