The only pro is the environment.

I waited 20 minutes, and it wasn't even an interview with the manager. When I asked, she said it was because I would potentially be working with future colleagues, so they wanted to chat first (WTF???). After the interview, I emailed to ask about the result, but there was no reply for a long time. They didn't respond with a boilerplate email until a month later. The efficiency was absolutely terrible!!! They were even too lazy to type anything themselves. It looks like the boss spends money hiring dead weight. Better not to go...
