There are quite a lot of places to eat near the company; there are no other advantages.
The interview was a one-on-one interview directly with the deputy CEO.
They believed that people should handle the promotional images and text for their own activities themselves, and said with a sharp look, “If you don’t know how, you should go learn.” Since my TOEIC score was only in the 500s, I honestly said that there might be some obstacles in handling business in English. The deputy CEO said that everyone in the company is very ambitious and spends time after work studying and improving their deficiencies on their own.
Regarding overtime, they initially said that working hours followed the company’s prescribed start and end times. When I asked about overtime pay, they directly replied that if one’s assigned work was not yet finished, one had to handle and complete it oneself, etc. (I later found out that this is a company where overtime is the norm, including working on holidays.)
Graduated from a relevant field, no experience, salary: NT$27,000.
