If you're going to work as a graphic designer:

1. Low base salary, with plenty of overtime (if you personally like working overtime, you can go slave away).

2. There is a three-month probationary period, and you will most likely be fired. After passing probation, there will be no salary adjustment; it is entirely up to the supervisor's ''personal'' decision.

3. Even if you're a new employee, you still have to bear full liability for losses, and they require salary deductions as compensation (the supervisor will never bear joint liability for compensation).

4. The company's computer network is restricted, so you need to prepare your own design materials.

5. Mobile phones must be collected and kept on silent.

6. Company benefits are only available after one year or more, calculated from the beginning to the end of the calendar year.
