Interviewed position: Customer Service Representative
Rating: 3.8 / 5
1. The company is still in its early stages, so there is not much decoration yet. The office is quite bare, but overall it has plenty of natural light and is not cramped.
2. The interview process was pleasant. The owner explained the job responsibilities in great detail and also discussed the company’s future development and the tasks that this position would take on in the future (because the company plans to promote international brands, this position will eventually require foreign-language skills to handle translation and customer service inquiries and responses in English, etc.).
3. Benefits are provided for all three major holidays, and the company covers and pays the labor and health insurance premiums for employees. Therefore, the salary stated is the actual take-home pay.
During the interview, the owner mentioned having previously assigned gender expectations to certain positions (reflecting somewhat preconceived notions), but openly acknowledged that this behavior was inappropriate and has begun seeking suitable candidates based on their abilities.
