1. They are very proactive when it comes to tricking job seekers into taking jobs, especially shitty ones. It is practically the case that they call you immediately after you submit your résumé.

2. Salaries are paid relatively on time, although this is the most basic thing a staffing agency should do.

1. When contacted by phone, they give one version of the job details, but when you actually go to the Aiken branch to inquire, you get another version.

2. I have encountered situations where, after actually starting work, the job was very different from the one I originally applied for.

3. There appear to be many job openings, but anyone who observes for a while can generally tell which ones are perpetually shitty jobs.

4. They deliberately post some openings with good benefits even though they are no longer hiring, attracting people to submit résumés, then informing them afterward that the positions have been filled and using this as an opportunity to introduce unwanted shitty jobs to job seekers (this has happened to me several times).

My impression of Aiken is: first trick people into taking jobs; any problems afterward can be easily dealt with.
