1. The supervisor is self-righteous. Remember to praise him properly, or you’ll be disliked.
2. The company takes advantage of employees in many ways. However, during the interview, they’ll say they won’t treat you unfairly.
3. They take pride in overtime and think employees who work overtime every day until just before the MRT closes are the best.
4. Job responsibilities are not clearly defined, and you may be arbitrarily required to do things that aren’t your responsibility.
5. Regardless of your position, you have to answer the main office phone.
6. They like hiring fresh graduates because they’re easy to deceive.
7. Whenever there’s nothing else to do, they’ll ask you to accompany them to meals with clients.
8. The boss can spend an entire day spouting nonsense in meetings.
9. The boss only arrives in the afternoon because that’s when he’s had enough sleep—and then he’ll hold a meeting and pressure you to work overtime.
10. The boss is unwell and will constantly nag and humiliate employees.
