The boss is fairly decent, willing to provide training and give newcomers opportunities, but lacks enough assertiveness.
The work atmosphere seems flexible but is not genuinely flexible, creating a contradictory feeling.
Colleagues seem easy to fit in with, yet are not actually easy to get along with—a sense of contradiction and naturalness.
1. The colleagues are young and lack mature experience.
2. The direct supervisor is difficult to deal with, hard to approach, and difficult to communicate with. They pick out people’s faults and keep them in mind without saying anything, giving off a superior attitude.
3. The company places great emphasis on driving “technique” rather than safety.
The company wants people who make a good visual impression, are not too smart, but are not too foolish either.
4. Strange probation-period evaluations can destroy trust and affect others.
