Even though it’s called a leisure farm, there’s absolutely nothing leisurely about it!

Management only listens to employees who complain and does not observe employees who are being bullied. They do not take a neutral position at all. I absolutely do not recommend this workplace to students considering coming here for a part-time job.

The employee turnover rate is extremely high, yet they have never reflected on the reasons, allowing long-term employees to say whatever they want. Their way of handling things is far too crude. They have made no effort to understand the truth. It is absolutely astonishing.

It is supposedly a leisure farm, yet they use environmentally unfriendly containers such as plastic cups simply for the sake of appearance.

The pay is low, and they say the reason is that there are not many customers.
