Colleagues encourage one another when things get difficult.

1. They take on nothing but terrible projects, without considering whether the company can successfully complete them.

2. They only assign young engineers to do everything, while senior executives seem to be drawing salaries for doing nothing.

3. They care very little about team morale and only care about whether they can secure projects.

4. There is a great deal of infighting among senior executives, leaving those below them scrambling in a panic.

5. Regardless of frontline employees’ areas of expertise, whenever there is a staffing shortage, they simply assign whoever is available.

What on earth are they doing?
