The tasks are very miscellaneous; sweeping the floor, wiping tables, moving tables, and buying coffee and dinner are the basics.

Starting salary: 25K (during the probationary period), increasing to 26K after passing probation, plus a 1,000 attendance bonus.

Unpaid overtime; treated as a position of responsibility.

No overtime pay at all for starting early or leaving late (even when it exceeds 1 hour).

It is difficult to take Saturdays and Sundays off.

There is some workplace bullying and mild workplace sexual harassment.

Senior employees bully newcomers, making all kinds of cutting remarks and ordering you around.
