Before going to the interview, I came here and read through the reviews first. It seemed that most of them were about issues with HR, but considering that they could also have been emotional comments from job seekers, I was quite curious why this HR professional was discussed so frequently on Jobseeker Insight（笑）. After actually going to the interview... it really proved that the reviews on Jobseeker Insight do have some credibility. The HR professional’s interview style did indeed make me feel that it was not very professional. However, just as the person who left a positive review said, they did call to arrange the interview during lunchtime or after work, which was indeed considerate. But when they called a second time, they asked questions that had already been asked during the previous call, making me feel that HR had not done their homework or kept any records. The questions asked during the actual interview also made me feel that they were not very attentive; they had not reviewed my résumé beforehand, and their attitude was indeed somewhat condescending. A good HR professional should be neither servile nor overbearing: they should be able to represent the company well without damaging its image.

In short, I feel that there are quite a few areas where HR could improve. The other two interview rounds were part of the company’s procedures, and I thought they were perfectly fine. But there really is a reason why HR is discussed so frequently here.

In conclusion regarding the interview: Jobseeker Insight really is quite useful as a reference～～
