Pros

1. Hongyao Culture Co., Ltd. and Daohong International Internet Co., Ltd. were established by the same owner, so you can hold positions at both companies concurrently.

2. The company currently has neither an office nor an editorial department, and shares resources with Daohong. You can appreciate the capital owner's determination to cut costs and learn from it.

3. Hongyao Culture mainly reports on the commercial vehicle market and is one of Taiwan's few commercial vehicle media outlets.

4. Commercial Vehicle Magazine is published bimonthly, with six issues released per year, so you only actually work six months a year.

5. During the six months when no issue is published, there may be opportunities to write passenger-vehicle news across fields while learning on the job.

6. You do not need to plan the content for each issue; simply wait for your supervisor to assign it.

7. You write no more than three articles per issue, with the rest completed by the editor-in-chief, making the work easy and enjoyable.

Cons

1. The pay is poor.

2. Commercial Vehicle Magazine consists essentially of one owner, one publisher, and one editor-in-chief. An editor is hired only to do miscellaneous tasks and write junk articles, and there is no prospect of promotion.

3. With no opportunities for promotion, the salary naturally will not increase.

4. You do not participate in planning the content of each issue and are reduced to a writing machine, with no opportunity to develop planning skills.

5. You cannot meaningfully participate in core decisions and are effectively treated as a laborer.

6. Although you are nominally an editor of Commercial Vehicle Magazine, you may also be responsible for AutoNet editorial work, greatly increasing your workload.

7. The supervisor does not have to accept any responsibility; all mistakes are the editor's responsibility.

8. The supervisor has poor organizational skills, and sudden changes in direction are common.

9. The editor-in-chief habitually submits work late, which may increase your workload.

10. You need to be extremely tolerant of homosexuality; workplace sexual harassment is frequent.
