The supervisor seems quite easy to get along with, because the boss makes most of the decisions.
The boss says that people have to strive for their own value and cannot expect to rely on the company to support them.
Her brand manager proactively told her that if the company did not make money, she would not take a salary, so the person handling the initial development has gone without a salary for quite some time.
With no money for lunch, she spends more than ten hours every day teaching herself English. I was truly impressed when I heard that.
She asked me why she should spend 20,000 hiring a graphic designer—she could just outsource it~
