No advantages.
Cons
The entire interview was just pointless talk. When asked about the salary, they absolutely refused to say; even when asked about the minimum salary, they still refused to say, insisting that I start working first and discuss the salary later. The stated working hours are 08:20–05:30, but every day you are also required to work two hours of overtime without overtime pay. They lure you into taking the job with the empty promise that the company will pay for you to travel abroad. If the benefits were really that good, why would every employee look so worried?
