The boss seems very kind.
I originally applied for an accounting position, and the job posting also said there were two days off per week.
When I arrived, it turned into accounting plus store sales and online marketing. There were seven days off per month. They explained a bunch of the job duties but never clearly mentioned the salary.
The working hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and even the lunch break is split into two parts: one 30-minute break after noon, and another after 6 p.m.
The boss also said that if I felt I was close to the end of the workday, I could choose not to take a break. I originally thought he meant I could leave early to eat, but instead he said I could get off at 8 p.m. and then go eat. I was speechless—of course that’s fine for you.
The year-end bonus is also based on a proportion of sales: if the target is exceeded, you get one month’s salary; otherwise, it is paid according to the corresponding proportion. Normally, shouldn’t one month’s salary be the basic amount regardless of performance? = =
Anyway, there’s a lot of work, and the benefits don’t look very good either. Everyone should consider it carefully.
