The HR and manager interviewers were very kind, but when I met the general manager, they suddenly seemed difficult to deal with. There is no room for growth in this traditional industry, the pay is low, and yet they still make things difficult.

The moment I saw the environment, I felt disheartened: traditional decor, an old building, and even the chairs were black and broken. It looked like the company had no money. Anyone with a junior high school education could answer the interview questions—they were extremely boring. However, the general manager asked a bunch of irrelevant questions during the interview, seemingly only wanting to persuade people to accept an overseas assignment while ignoring everything else. After I declined the overseas assignment, they still lured me into joining the company, and then tried to send me to Vietnam after I joined.
