The coffee company with the largest market share in Japan. In Taiwan, the only advantage is being able to tout the company name; its scale is not large, its reputation in the industry is poor, and it has nothing but name recognition.
The workplace atmosphere is exceptionally bad; colleagues even argue and fight. Japanese senior executives turn a blind eye, while many Taiwanese employees are inexperienced and know little, passing the buck to one another. There are not enough sales staff, yet the performance requirements are high. Most importantly, sales staff receive no bonuses. The training, job duties, and compensation discussed during the interview were completely different, giving the impression that the company only wanted to trick people into joining to fill vacancies. A company with enormous red flags!!
