None. If I had to say something, it would be that there is a group of decent colleagues.

1. The制度 is fake; announcements are no different from having none and are made according to the boss’s mood. Even after a document has been approved and signed, the boss can still say they have never seen it. They are exceptionally skilled at keeping a straight face while lying.

2. No matter how hard you work or how much effort you put in, it is useless because the company treats employees as disposable. On top of that, the boss is very good at badmouthing employees behind their backs and setting them against one another.

3. After joining the company, the job becomes a responsibility-based system. The boss even posts in the LINE group saying that no one is allowed to leave until the work is finished (does this violate the Labor Standards Act?!).

4. There is no overtime pay, because after joining the company the boss says it is a responsibility-based system (which is completely inconsistent with what is written on 104).

5. The boss really talks a good game about marketing, holds extremely long meetings with no focus, and the main point is that the boss will quiz you on things they have said before. Then you have to memorize a whole bunch of quotations; the office is plastered with quotations and looks a lot like a multi-level marketing company.

6. Everything in the company has to go through the boss. No matter how good the ideas or creativity are, they ultimately become the boss’s. If a project is unsuccessful, the boss shifts all the blame onto the employees. If you offer honest advice that the boss does not want to hear, you will only be blacklisted faster.

7. The organization changes frequently.

8. The company may lay people off at any time, without warning or reason.

Finally, some advice for those who are considering interviewing or preparing to join: “A leopard cannot change its spots” is true. Don’t naively think that the boss will change after you achieve results. Do not, under any circumstances, have that expectation, because it will not happen. Remember this! I’ve seen far too many people fail to make it through........Don’t waste your precious life here!!!!!!
