Clean environment
Except for the first day, they violated labor laws every day afterward
Overtime is the norm, but there is no overtime pay
They deduct pay for lateness without hesitation
There are five days off per month, but you never actually get them
Days off may be prohibited when circumstances arise (you may end up working for an entire month straight)
They exploit employees to the fullest (since you’re an employee anyway, if we have an exhibition, you’ll go look after it for x days)
Even if you interview for position A, they may have you do position B’s work (e.g., you interview for a graphic design position but are assigned to write website code)
They make unrealistic demands for employees to give everything
Nothing is ever settled; things are always changed suddenly on the spot
They constantly make pointless requests for progress updates and require you to spend time making lists for your supervisor (e.g., “I edited x photos today”)
Extremely low pay despite demanding higher-level skills
The frustration can be overwhelming
