No advantages
Designers are expected to provide their own computers; the company does not provide one. It's like asking Picasso to paint without giving him brushes or paper.
Designers are expected to know video editing and special effects, graphic design, and still photography, yet the compensation offered is really quite stingy.
For event attendance... you're asked to take photos and must bring your own DSLR to do so. If your DSLR is sent in for repair, the company doesn't care what you do and won't subsidize any related expenses.
Training courses may be held on weekday evenings and throughout the entire day on Saturdays and Sundays, and employees are required to attend. The company refuses to provide compensatory leave or overtime pay, using employee training as the excuse, so failing to attend is treated as not supporting the company.
Regarding overtime pay and compensatory leave, the company is blatantly violating the Labor Standards Act, yet it shows no concern and openly threatens employees who do not participate by saying they will........
The boss likes to make grand promises, pretends to understand many things despite not knowing them, and the only thing the boss understands is real estate.
The company has no systems in place. What is laughable is that management believes being unskilled at details gives them license to leave the establishment of relevant system details unattended.
