The overtime is extremely serious, the starting salary is very low, and there is no proper overtime pay. The boss verbally abuses people with humiliating language, and veteran employees also bully newcomers. The company completely disrespects employees’ personal space, expects them to be available whenever called, and does not care about their physical or mental well-being. I hope everyone will not naively join this company just because of the prestige of the KAOHSIUNG name. This company has none of the dignity or systems befitting its reputation.
