Cons

When I initially called the phone number above to apply for the job, the person who interviewed me, who called himself Director Jian, said that Damiankou Company had excellent, comprehensive systems and benefits. I immediately agreed to start work. But in reality, it was not like that at all. Of course, they treated me well at first. Once they hired new people, however, their treatment of me changed completely, and the job duties were also completely different from what they had originally described. Originally, there were only supposed to be two long-distance trips a week, and they would be scheduled separately. They said they were considering the employees because that would be too tiring. But later, I ended up making long-distance trips almost every day. The allowance was NT$300 for trips to Tainan and only NT$400 for Kaohsiung and Pingtung. We also had to set out at 5 a.m. The company said we did not need to clock in. To make matters worse, the company's vehicles were in terrible condition and constantly broke down, often causing delivery routes to run so late that we returned to the company after the scheduled hours. I remember one time I left at 5 a.m. and did not return to the company until 11:30 a.m., completely exceeding the scheduled hours. I wanted to clock in, but the company would not let me. This was clearly an attempt to avoid paying overtime and even destroy evidence to evade an investigation by the Labor Bureau. The statements above describe my experience working at this supposedly “heartwarming” Damiankou Company. If you don't believe me, go work there yourself~ No pressure 😁😁😁
