Pros
The company’s employees are generally easy to get along with.
As long as you’re polite and don’t act obnoxiously, you’ll be fine.
Cons
Many departments in the company operate under a deemed-duty system, and the boss likes to see employees working overtime.
Most departments do not pay overtime. There is no promotion system.
It’s simply a traditional industry run by relatives and favorites~
