1. When I called to schedule the interview, the person I spoke with sounded quite friendly.
2. The interview process used instructional videos, which clearly helped job applicants understand the company's main business and how to use its products.
1. I scheduled a morning interview and arrived on time that day, only to be told that the interviewer would not be back soon. I was asked to practice in advance for the assembly-related task test. After 40 minutes of practicing and waiting, I asked an employee at the site and was unexpectedly told that the interviewer would not return until the afternoon. This was extremely disrespectful to the job applicant.
2. After informing the employee that I could not wait any longer and leaving, I did not receive any apology call even after waiting several days. This left a very unpleasant impression.
