Pros
The interview was conducted jointly by two supervisors, and the interview questions were detailed, showing that they take personnel selection very seriously. The environment was good and the location was convenient. The language used in communications through the job platform was also very personable, without the formulaic feel of canned messages.
Cons
I can't think of anything at the moment.
