\b1. First, I highly commend the HR team. Considering that I was still employed at the time, every contact was made during my breaks on weekdays (e.g., around noon), rather than during working hours. I also found the company overview provided before the interview quite detailed. The arrangements were communicated to the candidate, including whether the proposed times were convenient, followed by some experience sharing and analysis. I found this very thoughtful!

2. Although the interview was conducted in two rounds and was somewhat lengthy, the idea that “you are interviewing the company, and the company is also interviewing you” is a matter of perspective.

3. I found the environment clear and bright, with few barriers, making it easy to discuss things with one another.

4. It is convenient to get there by public transportation plus walking. There is a FamilyMart and a 7-ELEVEN nearby, and Core Pacific City is directly across the street. While waiting for the interview, you do not need to worry about finding a place to rest.

5. Regarding compensation, after the interview stage, HR will also discuss it with the candidate; it is not necessarily excessively low.

1. For design-related positions, I would actually recommend using Mac OS and Mac hardware, or at least briefly informing candidates about the work equipment.

2. The company environment is indeed bright, but if other spaces are planned in the future, perhaps they could be developed more completely or with a stronger sense of design.

3. Also, when I was on the first floor, perhaps I did not look carefully enough, but I did not see the company name on the “floor directory.” <Please disregard this if I am mistaken>
