Colleagues stand together through difficult times

1. They say: “Overtime is your problem. If you haven’t completed the work I assigned to you, it means you lack ability.”

So how is it that people who have already worked here for two years are still constantly working overtime? I seriously doubt whether it is really their problem.

2. The department has additional regulations, including arriving at the company 30 minutes early to clean. That would be one thing, but you cannot clock out at seven; you must clock in first before continuing to work. If you do not want to clock in, that is fine—the company will later have someone clock you out for you.

3. They exploit the stamina of newcomers, and the employee turnover rate is extremely high (after all, most talented people have already left).

4. The managers are all very capable, but the company is poorly run. Even though there are major staffing gaps, it continues to fail to recruit enough people—presumably because the turnover rate is so high. (The staff shortage also causes everyone to have excessive workloads.)
