Labor and health insurance, a small amount of bonuses for the three major holidays, flexible working hours (to be negotiated), and a NT$2,000 raise after completing each year of employment (you won’t feel that way after reading the cons).
There are only a few people in the company, so I won’t remain anonymous.

I was laid off today. The boss said the company’s two major clients did not renew their contracts, and there were too few projects to pay salaries (they only assigned me one or two projects a month and called them major clients?). I was just three days short of completing one year. I lost my seven days of annual leave and year-end bonus. They are even posting job openings and interviewing new employees on 104 recently, while telling me they can’t afford to pay my salary. It’s honestly quite baffling... It feels like they did this to save the cost of cashing out the seven days of annual leave and paying the year-end bonus, and I feel betrayed.
Because the work consists mostly of lower-level commercial projects in the market, with little creativity and limited opportunity to apply design thinking (the boss requires you to do things exactly as he says, and according to the client’s aesthetic logic...), basically, as long as you know how to use AI, PS, and DW, you can handle this job.
