It feels like the company wouldn’t be stingy when it comes to salary.
1. The company is located inside an apartment. The layout is that of a typical residence: I interviewed while sitting on the sofa in the “living room,” and when filling out the paperwork, I squatted on the floor and wrote while leaning against the coffee table. The other rooms were probably offices, but they didn’t show me around, so I’m not sure how large they are or what the office environment is like.
2. The company has a small, very cute dog, but people who are afraid of dogs may need to take this into consideration.
3. The interview lasted more than two hours, and the supervisor did 90% of the talking. Anyone going for an interview should make sure to interrupt the supervisor at appropriate times.
Finally, I felt that the company’s vision involved making very grand promises. They told me that I was hired that very day, but I later turned them down.
