There are three bonuses, a five-day workweek (no flexible holidays, meaning no consecutive days off, but also no make-up workdays), and afternoon tea three times a week (about NT$50; you pay for anything extra). The interview process was fairly pleasant. After working there for several years, there may be an opportunity to work in Japan.
The job requires Japanese language skills, yet the salary is under NT$30,000. Those with language skills who are seeking a high salary should think carefully. If you are interested in travel or want to gain work experience while learning Japanese, it may be worth trying. I only went for the interview, so I am not sure about the extent of salary increases, but it seems that you would need to work there for at least a year before there is even a “possibility” of reaching NT$30,000.
