The company’s staffing policy treats employees as expendable. It hires more people to rush deadlines, then dismisses them once the deadline is met! If the deadline can’t be met, it replaces people.
There are surveillance cameras throughout the facility, and someone is watching at all times. The senior employees inside have a huge attitude and are very narrow-minded. If they don’t cooperate or don’t like you, they simply stop teaching you. If they don’t teach you, you won’t know how to do the work; if you don’t know how, your progress slows down; once it slows down, just wait to be replaced.
I suggest not going. It’s a waste of time, and the salary and benefits aren’t particularly good. Labor insurance is only provided based on a wage of NT$24,000!
