The office is very new, and the reception desk even brought out a white porcelain teapot and teacup set for me to drink water from.
The manager said the company is one of the few profitable media companies.
Before the interview, I had to fill out a ton of online information, including questions about my life plans, work philosophy, motto, and so on. It was so annoying to write. During the HR interview, they checked each item one by one to see whether there were any inconsistencies, creating an atmosphere full of distrust. They kept looking for flaws in the details of my résumé and were extremely picky. The manager was pleasant to talk to and straightforwardly said that they would finalize my start date within the month, but a month passed without any follow-up, giving me false expectations.
