The interviewer’s way of asking questions was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee. After asking why I left my previous job and hearing my answer, they repeatedly assumed and insinuated that I had left because I lacked ability, caused the company to lose money, had poor stress tolerance, and for all sorts of other reasons. This kind of delusional interviewer... truly opened my eyes.
