The turnover rate is extremely high. This September and October alone, more than five employees have already been forced to resign voluntarily. The boss will suddenly ask new employees who have worked for only a month or a few days to resign voluntarily. The company’s systems are unclear. They have hired many professional employees in an attempt to establish systems, but when suggestions are made, the boss sometimes refuses to listen and immediately wants these employees to leave. The boss believes that employees do not need to be notified in advance during the probationary period. The company has no relevant performance evaluation regulations or systems; the reasons employees are asked to leave are based solely on the boss’s personal opinions, and employees are asked to leave that very day. All company decisions are made solely by the boss.
