The HR manager's questions were very precise and professional, and the interview atmosphere was pleasant.
1) The branch manager was the one disappointing aspect. When I stated that my current marital status was “single,” they directly asked, “Do you have a girlfriend?” I answered, “No,” and they continued asking, “Why not?” I responded angrily, “My sexual orientation—this question has already entered my private sphere, hasn't it?” When the manager asked this, the HR manager from headquarters clearly signaled that this was not an appropriate question, but that manager either did not notice or simply insisted on continuing to ask. Asking such a disrespectful and inappropriate question that probed into a job applicant's privacy was unprofessional and impolite.
2) When overtime was mentioned, the other party's attitude made me feel that the company seemed unwilling to pay the relevant overtime compensation (this is purely my personal opinion).
3) Administrative assistants also need to share responsibility for sales performance.
