During the interview, the boss seemed kind and approachable, but in reality...............
1. The salary listed on the job bank does not match the actual salary.
2. Work overtime almost every day with no overtime pay. Activities held on holidays can only be compensated with time off, but the workload is usually so heavy that it is impossible to take it. If you want to take time off, the boss will give you special attention.
3. The boss loves having one-on-one meetings with employees and badmouthing other colleagues in the conference room.
4. This is an extremely stingy company. Even when working until after 11 p.m., taxi fares for getting home are not reimbursed. When running errands, you often have to pay transportation costs yourself.
5. Both the boss and the boss's wife are very difficult to deal with. When they lose their temper, they will say anything, and they are very stingy with both employees and business partners.
6. Extremely high turnover; very few people stay for more than six months.
7. The lunch break is 1.5 hours, but the boss loves using employees' break time for meetings.
