Pros
The shop is very warm
filled with the aroma of coffee
Cons
Hopefully, one person can handle the entire floor alone
I heard that on holidays, only one front-of-house staff member is scheduled for the morning shift and is responsible for everything.
The interviewer didn’t seem very friendly.
