During the interview for the automatic control engineer position, the department manager only bragged about how young and capable he was, along with the company’s system of offering salary increases on its own initiative.
Next, I was asked whether the reason for leaving my previous job was insufficient stress tolerance, insufficient ability, or being unable to perform the job.
When faced with candidates who have work experience, they only mock job seekers for not meeting the company’s requirements and say they need to start over from scratch.
They use this to undermine the ideal compensation requested by job seekers and then offer low salaries to hire them.
The department manager had an arrogant attitude. I wonder whether this is a family business?
