Free lunch
The year-end bonus is generally around four months’ salary
Cons
The starting base salary is kept very low, and annual raises are only a few hundred dollars, with the percentage lower than inflation
A bunch of long-serving employees are coasting toward retirement, so you have to wait forever for a promotion
Young people with ambition and aspirations usually stay for 2–3 years, just long enough to get some experience
Overtime... overtime... overtime...
