It seems there are none.
I interviewed for a graphic designer position. The interviewer gave me an assignment, “Brand graphic design for a design company.” I went back and forth creating eight or nine designs, but they were all unsatisfactory to the interviewer. Nevertheless, they still invited me to an interview. During the interview, the boss asked me, “Do you know that graphic design will be free in the future?” He then told me about a mainland Chinese stock-material website called Zhu Bajie, where free designs can be downloaded. He did not believe that design should be paid for! Throughout the interview, the boss was absent-minded and very impolite. He was not particularly interested when I showed him my portfolio and seemed distracted.
