The boss says they don't like employees working overtime.
High staff turnover; employees who stay for a full year are rare and highly valued. Work handovers are incomplete because the senior colleagues have also only recently joined, so everyone is new. There is no well-established SOP process, and the boss moves quickly and changes policies at any time!
The work is complicated and wide-ranging (for example, manually following up on documents for signatures—you have to keep urging supervisors every day to sign them as soon as possible; otherwise, you cannot complete the tasks in the system). Overtime is routine and unpaid.
